On our managed private cloud? 24/7 operations are already included in your per-node price — no separate NOC fee. The tiers above apply to sites you operate yourself. A device is any monitored element — servers (including your cloud nodes), switches, firewalls, PDUs.

Why the per-node price beats standalone NOC pricing: a homogeneous, automated OpenStack fleet takes far fewer engineer-hours per node than a heterogeneous legacy estate.

FAQ

Can you take over a datacenter we already run?

Yes. We start with a Readiness Audit (2–3 weeks, fixed fee), document the estate, stand up monitoring and runbooks, then take over under an agreed SLA. Your existing staff can stay, be upskilled, or transition — your call.

Who exactly operates our infrastructure?

Engagements are principal-led, staffed from a vetted engineer network across LATAM and Europe, with NOC coverage following the sun from Brazil and Portugal. NOC engineers hold industry certifications (CDCP/CDCS or equivalent).

Do you use AI in operations?

Yes — AI-assisted triage helps classify and route incidents faster, under strict no-data-retention terms, with engineers in the loop for every action.

How do quarterly success bonuses work?

Part of our compensation can be tied to measured outcomes — SLA attainment, MTTR reduction, incident reduction, PUE improvement. Measurement sources (monitoring, DCIM, meters) and targets are agreed in writing at contract start. See the success-fee model.
